「買収」を意味する acquisition の類義語を教えてください。

takeover（企業買収、奪取）
buyout（買収、買い占め）
corporate acquisition（企業買収）
などが挙げられます。

「買収」は、２者間のうち、どちらか権力や規模が大きいものがもう一方を買い取ることを意味するため、「〜が〜を買い取る」という構図が出来ます。

「AがBを買収する。」

その買収は産業界全体に衝撃を与えた。

買収合併です。

ちなみに、吸収合併は、Absorption-type mergerですが、単に merger だけで表現する時が多いです。
