charity と donation の違いは何ですか？

charity は、慈善事業自体のことを意味し、donation は charity の際に寄付される物などに対して使われます。charity は活動、donationは物と覚えると良いかと思います。

This concert is a charity event. All proceeds will go to the typhoon victims.
