NGSL 英単語リスト2800という、世界的に有名な英語教材を使用して作成しております。 これは、この一連の動画に英語の92%の英単語が集約されているため、効率的に英語を勉強できているという証拠なのです。 そのため、「今週は週に3回 聞いて、No1～No3を聞き進める。来週も週に3回聞くけど、No 2～No4を聞き進める。」というように一定範囲を重複させることにより、自動的に予習復習がサイクル的に行えるようにしております。

英単語の暗記におすすめの時間帯!!
人は朝起きて、夜に寝るという一つのサイクルがありますね。これは脳のリズムによるもので、このリズムを理解すれば英単語をいつ暗記すれば効果的なのか？というのが分かってきます。英単語の暗記におすすめの時間帯は就寝前です。記憶というものは、一時的に脳の海馬という場所に蓄えられ、必要な情報は大脳新皮質に移って長期的覚えておかないといけない記憶として定着します。就寝前に暗記をするという事は、暗記をしてから海馬に移る時間が少なく、一晩のうちに海馬⇒大脳新皮質とスムーズに記憶の移動がなされ、脳に定着されやすいと言われております。もちろん、海馬から大脳新皮質に移る前に必要のない情報と認識される可能性もありますが、何度も繰り返し英単語を学習していくことにより、自然と英単語は必要情報として処理されるようになっていきます。ちなみに、復習に良い時間帯は翌朝です。朝起きたら、まずは昨夜覚えた英単語の復習をしてどれぐらい忘れているか？どれぐらい覚えているか？確認しつつ復習をしていきましょう。
